Hummingbird’s SPOC/ representative prepares detailed JD on the basis of understanding received by the client.

Execution of Action plan

Account Manager / Hummingbird SPOC design the action plan for particular position/s and pass the information to the specific Team. Team comprises Team Lead followed by Senior Executive Recruiter, Executive Recruiter and Associate Recruiter.

Allocation of requirement

Delivery on the position lies completely with the specific teams, Team lead identify the strategy and induct the team or specific recruiter.

Quality check of CV's

Each and every CV gets delivered in client inbox only after thorough scrutinisation of cv’s given by specific recruiter, to fulfil the requirement/s. QC includes cross recruiter, to fulfil the requirement/s. QC includes cross checking of each and every point which decides relevancy of the candidate.

Digital hobnob

Team work rigorously to reach the right candidate through employment portals, social media platforms, and industry mapping.

Closure of the position

Hummingbird gives attention to each and every step , demanded and expected the client to close the position.
